Reservation and Relaxation –
Reservation & Relaxation will be given to only reserved & Special categories (SC/ST/OBC/PWBD etc) etc as per government rules and regulations. Reservation guidelines as laid down by Government of India from time to time for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD etc. shall be followed. Candidates claiming reservation under reserved categories should submit certificate as per the Govt. Prescribed format issued from the competent certifying authority.
Selection Process –
- For Trainee Officers (HR, PR, Law):
- Based on marks obtained in corresponding paper of valid UGC NET Dec-2023/ Jun-2024 (For HR & PR) / CLAT (PG)-2024 (For Law) scores.
- Shortlisted candidates will undergo Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).
- 2. For Senior Medical Officer:
- Based on aggregate MBBS percentage of marks.
- Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) will be conducted for shortlisted candidates.
- 3. Weightage:
- UGC NET/ CLAT (PG)/ MBBS Score: 75%
- Group Discussion: 10%
- Personal Interview: 15%

Important Facts –
- The selected candidates for the post of Trainee Officers, will be required to execute a service agreement/ Surety bond to successfully complete a minimum period of four years of service in the Company including the period spent on training. The amount of bond is INR 4,00,000/- plus applicable GST for UR/EWS/OBC (NCL) candidates and INR 2,00,000/ plus applicable GST for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
