Project Engineer – I : Project Engineer-I will be engaged initially for a period of THREE years which may be extended for one more year based on Project requirement and individual’ s performance.
RETENTION BONUS for Project Engineer : Project Engineer-I who complete overall tenure of 4 years will be entitled for Retention Bonus of Rs.25,000/- for every completed year. However, the retention bonus will be payable at the end of 4 years i.e.Rs.1,00,000/-
Age Relaxation –Age Relaxation in upper limit will be given to only reserved categories as per government rules and regulations. Note – The Candidates seeking age relaxation as per Govt. Guidelines will be required to submit copies of necessary certificate(s) at any subsequent stage of the selection process & document verification, as required by the BEL Company.

Reservation and Relaxation –
Reservation & Relaxation will be given to only reserved & Special categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWBD etc) as per government rules and regulations. Candidates claiming reservation under reserved categories should submit certificate as per the Govt. Prescribed format issued from the competent certifying authority.

Exam Pattern –
- Negative marking of 1/4 mark for each wrong response.
- Minimum qualifying marks required for suitability for different categories of candidates are as under: (In Written Test & Interview)
GEN/EWS/OBC-NCL: 35% and for SC/ST/PwBD -30%
However, candidate will be selected in the order of merit i.e. category wise, Discipline wise.
