(ख) अभ्यर्थी ने भारतीय परिचर्या परिषद के सन्नियमों के अनुसार एक वर्ष छः माह / दो वर्ष का सहायक नर्सेज एण्ड मिडवाइब्ज (ए0एन0एम0) प्रशिक्षण पाठ्यक्रम (प्रसूति से संबंधित छः माह का प्रशिक्षण सहित) सफलतापूर्वक अवश्य पूर्ण कर लिया हो और जो उत्तर प्रदेश नर्सेज एण्ड मिडवाइफ काउन्सिल, लखनऊ में विधिवत् पंजीकृत हो । (Registration in UP Nursing Council.) and
अधिमानी अर्हता- उत्तर प्रदेश चिकित्सा, स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ता और स्वास्थ्य पर्यवेक्षक (पुरूष और महिला) अराजपत्रित सेवा नियमावली, 2018 के भाग-4 नियम-9 के अनुसार अन्य बातों के समान होने पर सीधी भर्ती के मामले में ऐसे अभ्यर्थी को अधिमान दिया जाएगा जिसने – (एक) प्रादेशिक सेना में न्यूनतम 02 वर्ष की अवधि तक सेवा की हो, या |

Age Relaxation –Age Relaxation in upper limit will be given to only reserved categories as per government rules and regulations. Note – The Candidates seeking age relaxation as per Govt. Guidelines will be required to submit copies of necessary certificates at any subsequent stage of the selection process, as required by the UPSSSC.
Reservation and Relaxation –
Reservation & Relaxation will be given to only reserved & Special categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/EXSM Women/ Sports Person /PWBD etc) etc of Only Uttar Pradesh as per UP State government rules and regulations. Reservation guidelines as laid down by Government of India from time to time for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD etc. shall be followed. Candidates claiming reservation under reserved categories should submit certificate as per the Govt. Prescribed format issued from the competent certifying authority. Candidates other than from UP State will be not given any relaxation and treated as General Category Candidates
