Age Relaxation –Age Relaxation in upper limit will be given to only reserved categories as per government rules and regulations. Note – The Candidates seeking age relaxation as per Govt. Reservation and Relaxation –
Reservation & Relaxation will be given to only reserved & Special categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/) of only Uttar Pradesh as per government orders issued in this behalf from time to time an das adopted by the High Court. Reservation guidelines as laid down by Government of India from time to time for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD etc. shall be followed. Candidates claiming reservation under reserved categories should submit certificate as per the Govt. Prescribed format issued from the competent certifying authority.

Hindi and English Type Test on Computer – (For Steno, Junior Assistant, and Paid Apprentice Post) –
- 25 WPM for Hindi and 30 WPM for English Type Writing on Computer.
- 25 Marks for Hindi Typing & 25 Marks for English Typing
- The candidates will be provided a passage of approximately 250 words for Hindi Type Test, to be typed within 10 minutes on computer. Similarly, the candidates will be provided a passage of approximately 300 words, for English Type Test, to be typed within 10 minutes on computer.
- Minimum Qualifying marks – 10 out of 25 for both Hindi and English Type Test
Hindi / English Stenography Test – (For Only Stenographer Post)
For Hindi Stenographers: – 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand in Hindi.
For English Stenographers: – 100 w.p.m. in Shorthand in English.
Total Marks – 50 Marks
For Hindi Stenography Test, the candidates will be given a text of 400 words (with a speed of 80 w.p.m.) in Shorthand dictated in 5 minutes. The candidate would have to transcribe the dictated matter on computer within 30 minutes. Similarly, for English Stenography Test, the candidates will be given a text of 500 words (with a speed of 100 w.p.m.) in Shorthand dictated in 5 minutes. The candidates would have to transcribe the dictated matter on computer within 30 minutes.
Technical Driving Test – (Signage Test ) ( Test of Road Signs) – (For Only Driver Post) – The Candidates will have to clear the Technical Driving test to the satisfaction of the selection / appointing authority.
Exam / Interview Date /Centre – will be notified on official website later. The information regarding Date, time and venue of the Examination / Tests shall be intimated to the candidates through e-admit cards later on.
